Support for women who have spent their lives managing everyone else’s comfort. *

Through yoga, nervous system awareness, retreats, and embodied practices, I help women in customer service-oriented and high emotional labor environments reconnect with themselves beyond burnout, people-pleasing, emotional exhaustion, and constant performance.

I let anxiety take over my life for too long. Now I have the strength to control my emotions.

[client testimonial - Carla B.]

Somewhere along the way, being needed started to shape your sense of self.

You became the person everyone could rely on.
The one who keeps things moving.
The woman everyone describes as “nice.”

You learned how to stay composed while overwhelmed.
How to remain warm while depleted.
How to keep showing up while disconnected from yourself.

For many women in service-centered roles, tending to the needs, emotions, and comfort of others becomes so normalized that we stop noticing what it costs us.

Until the body starts screaming for our attention.

This work is not about becoming a better version of yourself.

It’s about learning how to come back to yourself.

So many women have learned how to survive by disconnecting from their bodies, overriding their needs, and staying emotionally available long past their own capacity.

Over time, constant performance can begin to feel normal.
Rest can feel uncomfortable.
Stillness can feel unfamiliar.

This work creates space to reconnect through movement, breath, challenge, rest, and embodied awareness.

For some, slowing down begins with stillness.
For others, it begins by moving enough to finally hear themselves again.

Through yoga, nervous system support, retreats, and embodied practices, I offer grounded spaces centered around embodiment, emotional awareness, regulation, and reconnecting to yourself with more honesty and self-trust.

Reconnection begins with learning how to listen again.

Through movement, breath, awareness, and embodied practice, women are invited to reconnect with themselves with more honesty, grounding, and self-trust.
